The show Pickpocket asks one audience volunteer to open up their wallet or pocketbook and let the performers explore its content to gain inspiration for their all-improvised show. They’re not interested in your cash or credit cards, they want to hear about your Rotary Club membership card, the receipt from your latest impulse buy, that picture of your ex you forgot was in there, y’know...the good stuff! The items the improvisers discover, mixed with stories about them from the volunteer, will inspire a crazy world of scenes and characters right before your eyes.
